Chalk Dust 2003 Cover

The cover for "Chalk Dust 2003" I did when I was 14.

There was a "Chalk Dust 2" sequel of Chalk Dust (2002), but like the rest of the unfinished 2002 version it was all thrown away.

Like the first chapter and a couple pages of Chalk Dust 2002, this is all I have of the original telling. Chalk Dust 2003 was just going to be a retelling with updated artwork and techniques (see, I'm using a gel pen now instead of Sharpie hahaha)

As you can see, in this version I got rid of Nanadouchie's glasses and ended up making Ayumi a ginger because I didn't like both her and Shinji being blonde (lol they're Japanese though, wat). Of course, this would later change with the Spin Off Chalk Dust series "The Tryst" where redesigned Shinji becomes the ginger, but it sticks with him in every incarnation afterwords minus the short story featuring him "Words".
